Cara likes him too!

After months of talking about who would read the final verse of Alma, we all read it together last night!
Alma is an ancient prophet who wrote a book in the Book of Mormon. The boys loved Alma. It was written at a time of a huge war going on between the Nephites and the Lamanites. There is a righteous captain, Moroni, who really became a hero for them. Last night we read that he died and Cara sighed, "oooohhh!" I guess it wasn't just the boys who really admire this great man.
So today, I quote Alma writing of Moroni and hope these same words can be spoken about each of us. (I am lucky to know quite a few people about whom I would say this same thing!)

"If all men had been, and were, and ever would be, like unto Moroni, behold, the very powers of hell would have been shaken forever; yea, the devil would never have power over the hearts of the children of men" Alma 48:17
